Location
The location doesn't get any better! You will be located 5 minutes from Bear Lake and Garden city. In the summer, you'll be just over 5 minutes to reach the dock for your day on the boat. If you choose a winter visit, you can be at the sinks for snowmobiling in less then 5 minutes or to Beaver mountain for snowboarding and skiing in 10 minutes.
The cabin is located just off highway 89 on your way down into Bear Lake. The sounds of the highway are blocked by natural barriers that add to the serenity of the cabin experience. A stunning view of the deep blue Bear Lake can seen from the wrap around deck of the cabin.

The dock, beach, and restaraunts of Garden City are in your back yard. The roads are always plowed. The streets in the Shundahai development are wide and easy to navigate. There are very few neighbors in the development and the back of this property gives access to a trail heading into the national forest. Time to jump on your four wheeler, side by side, dirt bike, mountain bike, or snowmobile.
